We want our youth and kids to learn about God, have fun and enjoy being at church.
While we host a range of activities for the youth throughout the week, we encourage them to stay in and be actively engaged with the service on Sundays. Alternatively, we also encourage them to be involved with serving in some aspect of church life, such as PA or kids work, before coming to the evening youth gathering (see more about our youth work).
We provide Sunday morning activities for all 5-11 year olds, who leave the main service after around 20 minutes and go to their own dedicated sessions. Hope Kids provides a mixture of games, worship, teaching and stories (see more about our kids work).
We also have an excellent creche facility located closely to the main hall for all 0-4 year olds. This is a practical and comfortable area for parents, babies and toddlers, including changing tables, sofas and a live-link so that the service can be shown on screen as required (see more about crèche).
All leaders of Youth, Kids and Creche have been passed by the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure safeguarding standards are aligned to those of the safeguarding charity ThirtyOneEight (for more information see the charity’s website at thirtyoneeight.org).

We believe that when God grabs hold of a young person’s life, they have the potential to change the world... The next generation of leaders, taking the message of Jesus to the world: fathers, mothers, church planters, artists, entrepreneurs, teachers, policy shapers, movement makers, and courageous life givers.Newday
